Terms & Conditions - the basics

Client sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of the session, either via cash on the day or through bank transfer. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a full cancellation fee.

For school bookings, payments should be made directly to the school at the end of your child's term program. Parents or guardians are responsible for the full course fee, regardless of any missed sessions by the child.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy during school boxing sessions, as the sport involves inherent risks. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the coaches may result in immediate expulsion from the group, with both the school and the parent/guardian being informed. In such cases, parents/guardians will only be charged for the sessions attended up until the expulsion.
